Let us clarify for you. Maybe you are a little confused who you ordered from.
1\. We have no tile in our inventory called Brown Handicraft mosaic tile.
2\. That is our photo you are featuring so not sure where you retrieved it from but that is not to be used by another company.
3\. You didn't order a sample from us at anytime.
