During the renovation, they were on-time with the repairs, stayed on budget and worked around my Tenant's schedule and requests. Pat was always readily available to answer any questions and was also kind enough to address some minor water damage issues at no extra charge. Because of the great experience had during the renovation, my family and I hired Pat a few months later to act as Consultant on our behalf regarding our commercial warehouse.
