Along the way, they would store scrap material that could have been discarded along our back fence, which killed a lot of grass. Once I brought it to the owners' attention, it was taken care of. Aside from that, the work was great, and we are happy with how it turned out. However, for the yearly inspection afterwards, I had to contact them over and over to get a response. They finally showed up, and really, there was not much to address: an outdoor water spigot that came loose from the fitting, an AC vent that was not fitting properly, and an electrical outlet that was not functioning. We also invited Fred, the foreman for our job, to come quote on additional work to create an all-weather deck. He arrived and looked at it, said he would have the electrician come out to fix the outlet; none of that happened. We have no fix for the electrical outlet and no quote on the all-weather deck. This is really sad, as they do good work, but the follow-through is not up to par. Your mileage may vary.
