If something goes wrong they will find every excuse to not correct it. We had our install and I reached out to the owner Ben Capusan. He was rude, unprofessional, and didn't back his work. He blamed other contractors work and refused to come out back to the project unless we could prove it was his company. You practically have to stroke his ego to try and get any customer service and it's just not worth the extra effort to go through such incompetence.
