Their staff is so friendly and take so much time when they work with you. We love the furniture makers they work with and the quality of their furniture is superior. We have several pieces of their furniture from several different furniture makers and they really stand out in our home. We constantly get compliments from guests. As a wedding present from my aunt we wanted a sideboard or buffet for our dining room. We were very interested in purchasing a piece from an Amish furniture maker who uses barnwood as we loved that rustic look and the pieces were beautiful. Unfortunately the sideboard in their catalogue was not quite what we were imagining due to configuration and dimensions. The Sam's staff was so helpful and showed us many other great options from other companies but we kept coming back to the barnwood. I never thought we could create such a custom piece to fit our vision. But the staff at Sam's were so helpful and helped us design the exact piece that fit our needs using the barnwood piece we loved so much. They spent so much time with us! With that design they went straight to the furniture maker with our requests and it was not a problem at all. The furniture maker was more than willing to accommodate all our requests so we could get the piece we really wanted. Instead of drawers in the middle of the piece we had three doors put in to give us more space for serving trays. They altered the dimensions of the piece to make it a little bigger. And they put a shelf inside so we have more storage. And the piece is gorgeous! We couldn't have hoped for anything more perfect. And Sam's helped us figure out what it was we really wanted to fit our needs. It is definitely the centerpiece of our dining room, the barnwood is beautiful, and it's custom made just to our liking which makes it all the more special. It's definitely the most beautiful piece of furniture in our home! I can't say enough about the piece and our experience with the staff at Sam's helping us design exactly the piece we wanted and needed. They were amazing! You really feel like you are getting the most quality, custom, and beautiful furniture from a wonderful and knowledgeable staff with great customer service at Sam's Wood Furniture! Sam’s Wood Furniture helped in the design of these custom pieces, they processed the order with their suppliers and they also performed a meticulous installation, all on time and within budget (that’s right, no hidden charges). The sales staff at Sam’s is very helpful, walks through the options and puts together priced estimates for the products requested, all with a smile. Once the order was placed with the supplier, a final estimate was provided. The installation team, headed up by a master in the art of carpentry, are personable, professional and thorough. I’d say Sam’s sets the standard by which furniture stores should be judged.
