> I Bought a 3 bedroom 3.5 bath contemporary loft style townhouse that was undergoing renovation and repair due to a major water leak in the kitchen area.  Michael was the Contractor for this job which included major drywall repair, kitchen cabinet replacement, and hardwood floor refurbishment. This job was completed quite professionally and on time prior to my purchasing the home. I had the benefit of seeing the before and after of this job.  Very pleased with the outcome, in fact, so much so that I hired Michael to assist me in furnishing and decorating the 2400 square foot townhouse. He is a multi-generational skilled and educated interior designer. Contemporarary Loft style architecture is rare in Steamboat and Michael made the seemingly impossible happen within my budget. I accepted his initial room by room selection of furniture, artwork, and other items of necessity including their placement with only minor changes on his first proposal. He integrated several of my favorite specific furniture brands and pieces and even beat the best price I could find on most items. His flexibility in working with clients is legendary in Steamboat. Expertise, Professionalism, Imaginative, and Creative, all clearly describe Michael and his multitalented Interior Design business.
