> I had been looking at options for fixing a concrete step that was beginning to fall apart.  I had applied some concrete paint the year before but it was showing signs of not doing the job.  I had thought of a total step replacement but was concerned about the cost and what would have to be done to do the replacement.  I had looked at covering the concrete with tiles as several of my neighbours had done but had some concerns about how the tile would stand-up to the cold and wet as it was totally exposed or not a covered front step.  Then one day while driving into Edmonton I heard the ad on the radio for the Sure Step system.  After the visit by Fence, Deck and Dock Depot to talk about the system and the options for colour and surface, I was happy with the concept and the quoted price.  The installation was excellent and exceeded my expectations.  Now that we are part way through the winter I am still satisfied with the ease of keeping the surface clean and the anti-slip surface has worked well.
