Pete was accommodating with last minute changes and to my husband doing some of the carpentry to save us money. His subs did top notch job and in a timely manner because they enjoy working for him. Pete is ethical and honest. He offers suggestions on types of materials to pick out for your project, while always having your budget in mind. Pete made the building process go smoothly and we never had to worry about if work was getting done. Pete was diligent about keeping us informed of construction progress and routinely sent pictures; as we are located in another state. The quality and detail of his work is outstanding, including his exceptional attention to the finishing touches of the home. > > Pete excels in working to please his clients. Our home was built on a very difficult lot, and Pete did an extraordinary job in working to place our house, in the best location available, taking advantage of the scenic views. Pete helped design the road going up to our house, our septic system, installation of a well, and oversaw extensive excavation on the lot, including blasting; and coordinating with Architects and Building Officials. This was not an easy task. Pete worked during the 416 Fire, where our geographic area was closed for a couple of weeks, and also in one of the heaviest snow seasons during the Spring of 2019; he is very dedicated to his projects and does everything he can to keep timelines on track.
