The lawn on my new home was in poor condition, even after a a year of living there. I could not get grass to grow on the hard/compacted clay soil from the original homebuilder contractor job. I attempted to have the lawn fixed by (3) other companies. The first did the job with no results, and the other two after hired never even showed up to do the work. I happened to see Ryan in his truck in my neighborhood and flagged him down. Even though he was clearly in the middle of his work day, he was professional, polite, and cordial. He walked the lawn with me, gave his input, and then his contact information. I spoke with him several days later to hire Evergreen for the job. He gave me a date to complete the job, and then called me ahead of time before the job to confirm and got the job completed ahead of time. The end result of the work was great.
