> I have used BNW for a number of jobs , from minor repairs to full blow development , at my commercial/live-in loft mixed use mill building over a number years now. I can honestly say that BNW has become a preferred contractor when I need to get something done and done now!                                                                                                                 Currently, BNW is the lead contractor for the development of some new residential loft units (1500-1800sf) at my property - aside from the standard development components of framing, sheet rocking etc, they also will be required to replace  a structural beam and floor decking rotted by a persistent leak. I have the utmost confidence that this difficult job will be done correctly, safely , expeditiously and on budget.
