They were GREAT we were sent pictures throughout the process and anytime a new issue was found (always expected in construction) they would call us and send us pictures to review when we were talking to them. From the very start it was clear to us that their primary concern was to do excellent, on-time work that fit what we wanted to achieve, and to do it in a way that provided as little disruption to us as possible (we were living in the house the whole time). We engaged them in early September to add living space (an additional bedroom, small sitting room, and bath in what had been attic space over our garage) so we could have all our children at home for Christmas. We were in the space on time and well before Christmas. The work they did was of top quality. They continually consulted us as construction was proceeding to work out design issues and to make sure we were satisfied. Furthermore, the design suggestions they and their talented craftsmen made were thoughtful and aesthetically sound. Most of all they listened to what we wanted, were sensitive to cost, and were obviously devoted to doing their very best. And they have good people working for and with them. They all know what they are doing, are courteous, and clearly committed to doing quality work. We have talked with several friends whose remodeling experiences were very problematic; our experience with CSI was just the opposite.
