  - Description: We did a full exterior restoration job for this Capitol Hill home. The old stucco was removed, allowing us to re-build the damaged wood portions of the exterior that needed to be replaced. We installed new windows and doors, metal flashing and caps, put on new stucco, and waterproofed the exterior. The exterior steps and decks were re-built as well.

We removed a 16 ft wide chimney to open up a beautiful waterfront view for the basement and main level of the home. The 18 ft wide Nana window-wall was installed to give the basement a multifunctional great room leading to the waterfront backyard. We created an expansive shower/spa area that was accessible from both bedrooms and the lakefront.

We replaced the stucco across the entire property, along with installing new ornate painted railings, flashing, and waterproofing. We re-built the drainage system and weather-proofed all of the exterior decks and doors. A brand-new front door was installed along with some additional finish work on the home’s several French doors. We were really happy with the way that this project all came together.
