I want lower maintenance, so ipe wood probably is out. What about redwood? What about going the route of Trex and Resysta? I would love to hear opinions as I am just starting the process. Regarding finish concerns: please note that different Resysta Distributors throughout the country may not all use the same stain and application methods. Has any experienced warping, expansion/contraction, discoloration/fading or other issues? A: Hello Ms Wormington, We are very sorry you are having issues with your Resysta Deck. Please contact us at info@resystausa.com.Thank you. **Q: Hot temperatures** *(in Photo Questions)* how does resysta hold up in hot climates with a dark color like that? Will it warp or swell? A: Like with wood or composites it depends a lot on the color. Resysta is using heat reflective pigments to lower the temperature as much as possible.
