> After about 12 years (they started failing after about 9 years) these tiles are now garbage. They are warped and bowed. We followed their directions to a "T" in laying them (no underlayment necessary). There is a 25 year warranty and that is a lie. They will not do anything to help us and I have an 800+ sq. ft. basement of garbage flooring. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!
