During the project we found several problem areas (existing) that Ben also addressed. Overall this became a large project and Ben and his team were outstanding to work with. They basically took the house to its studs, then put it back together to make it look like an incredible modern day beach cottage. This included opening up walls, a complete kitchen remodel, jacking the house up to level it, ripping up all carpet up and restoring the original hardwood floors (which are now gorgeous, building a bunk room, installing insulation then wainscoting and drywall, installing new doors, and lots of painting. They were resourceful to keep the original much of the original material (doors, trim, etc.) to keep costs low and retain its charm and history. Ben and his crew are reliable, dedicated, and work within budget. And, he is there after to take care of loose ends after as needed.
