> We had Pat Byrnes of Byrnes Custom Construction help us with four projects at our 111 year old home that we purchased in 2015.  He helped us insulate our attic, convert a small bedroom into a master bath, redo our kitchen and add railings to our second floor porches.  Pat is not only a master carpenter, he knows how to manage a project using reliable and professional sub-contractors, who show up, do quality work, and clean up each day.  Pat is someone who is creative and enthusiastic about projects.  The ultimate compliment is that he's someone you enjoy working with-which is really important when someone spends as much time in your home as a contractor does when carrying out a remodeling project.  I can't recommend Pat any higher.  He keeps busy so let him know that you're flexible and he'll work you in to his schedule.
