She is a professional, who is responsive, patient, adaptable and kind. We worked with Melanie during the pandemic on our living and dining space (the place we spend the most time). As a new family we had a tight budget, and experienced supply chain disruptions. Throughout the whole process, she was optimistic, provided regular updates and assurances to give us confidence. WOW did she deliver! She nudged us to try a darker colour for our wainscoting and we are so thankful she was able to push us out of our comfort zone. The pieces she picked out created a cozy, inviting and beautiful space for us to celebrate our first Christmas as a family of three.
