> My experience with Brian was fantastic. I went into home building with no prior experience and Brian was helpful every step of the way. I was completely overwhelmed with all of the decisions I had to make so he took several steps to simplify both the amount of decisions I had to make as well as manage my decision making from a timing perspective. Once the building started, there was very little to no downtime in the house (there was noticeable progress on the home almost daily which is a testament to the relationships that Brian has with his vendors). After we moved into the home, any questions or small repairs we needed were addressed in a timely manner. I can not recommend Brian highly enough to anyone who is either new or experienced in the home building process.

Alimoff was a common name in our area, we saw their signs all over Royal Oak and Berkley and we always loved the quality and style. When we purchased the home, we contacted Brian to get some help on a few maintenance related items and to do a look over of our finished basement. Not only did he treat us like his customers, but he went above and beyond to perform the work we needed and got his contractors involved to do minor additions (electrical and HVAC) to our finished basement. Brian continues to keep the feedback loop open and he's always a phone call or email away when we have questions or concerns. It's such an awesome experience working with someone that cares about the homes they build plus treat us like we've worked with him from the start.
