> I am terribly disappointed in the oversight of Gallatin's subcontractors.
> We had a tile job performed through Gallatin and the toilet was installed afterwards without a wax ring to prevent leaking.
> On August 10,2026, my fiance and his son that was visiting went down into the lower level to investigate.
> The sheet rock had finally gave in.
> Black mold and water damage was evident throughout.
> I now have an insurance claim and will update the findings.
> Additionally, the electrical performed in my current home is sub par at best.
> His subcontractor never installed any work boxes in the ceiling and only ran a wire through and screwed the light fixtures to the roof joists.
> My fiance cut in remodel boxes to remedy the deficiency.
> On a final note, there were requests made to remedy deficiencies on the work performed on a deck that was built, and today date those requests have not been met.
> I would recommend thorough inquiries about his sub's past performances.
