> 1st - Received 36" gas stove 6 months after purchasing it (was supposed to receive within 6-8 weeks)
> 2nd - Had shipping issues
> 3rd - Missing part (back guard)
> 4th - Stove has only worked twice in the 1.5 years I've owned it
> 5th - Horrible customer service. No response to emails or voice messages
> 6th - They've sent 3 different technicians to my house
> 7th - They still haven't fixed my stove!!!

A: Yes, It comes with a one year manufacture warranty for parts and service through Hallman Industries.

I do not have natural gas so I was wondering if it works with propane? Also are the parts readily available in the U S, incase something goes wrong? Thank you

A: Our Italian ranges are available for purchase in natural gas or liquid propane. Select the model number below to ensure the range is LP.

There are two choices for configuration: propane and none?  If we have a gas line what is the correct configuration - does it work in America with our gas line?

A: This range has two model numbers for the gas type. It comes standard natural gas, and is also available in liquid propane.
