They installed a paver area with a fire pit, new sod and a variety of plants. They advised me on what plants would do well in the area and which ones wouldn’t. They worked with our very strict HOA and did an amazing job. We had the same crew the entire time. They were a friendly, hardworking, and trustworthy crew. I would use them and again and have recommended them to everyone who has asked. People walk by our yard all the time and compliment us on how great it looks. As a matter of fact we spend more time outside because of the amazing job they did. The wood deck was constantly needing repairs and the yard was washing away as grass wouldn’t grow in the heavily shaded yard. I called CFL for help. They came to look at the yard and discussed what I was looking for and within a few days came back with a plan that addressed all of my concerns (and more). The price quote was certainly fair for the work that was to be completed. They arrived to begin the work on schedule and all work was completed within a few days. End result, I have a beautiful, multi-tiered paver deck with plants that will grow in the shaded area. CFL left the area clean and beautiful when they completed the job and I am completely satisfied with my new yard. Their office had no clue as to when they were going to come. They finally did the work, showing up at erratic times. Some of the plants seemed old and marginal, but they said to call them quickly so that they could determine any problems. My Haas Avacado fell over when they planted it and then fell over 2 days later. Three weeks later it totally died. I called and emailed them repeatedly to replace it under their warranty. After three weeks of a couple of promises to replace it, which never happened, I told them I was keeping an email trail, and they replaced the tree with no notice to me. Just walked in the yard even though they knew I had dogs that are sometimes our. The tree turns out to not be a Haas Avacado, but a Winter Mexican Avacado, which is a less expensive and less desirable tree. I also have six blueberry bushes which are struggling and they admitted that, but said they'd be back to check on them. Based on my experience so far, I doubt that very much. They don't honor their warranty, and once you have paid them, forget about it. I spent a great deal of money with company and i would not recommend them. **Comment from Central Florida Landscaping And Maintenance, Inc.:** > Marianne, we are sorry that you felt you had to leave this review . We offered to add irrigation to the trees so you would not have any issues with them but you declined our bid.
