Between the structural damage and water damage, virtually the entire house needed to be renovated. We reached out to Govan Builders, having worked with them years previously for all of our home renovations (kitchen, bathrooms, flooring, walls, etc.). Dan Govan and his team responded immediately during what was for us, a dire and time sensitive situation. Dan worked with our insurance company and helped to manage that process all the way through completion of the renovation - a huge help and stress-reliever - and, helped us stay on budget. The 2012 storm damage renovation included an entirely new roof/infrastructure, chimney, all new interior walls, new electrical, plumbing, new kitchen, bathrooms, floors and much more on all levels of our home.
