> We were told that the three bathrooms would take 3 months maximum....their wokers were still in our home a year after we started....we had to have their tile work redone 3 times before it was acceptable. They painted over old paint without sanding it and thought it was acceptable.  They grouted out Italian tile and uthen sealed it before cleaning it off and there is grout sealed into the file forever. They came in thousands of dollars over their original contract and were unable to explain why.  They could not prepare an invoice that made any sense.  It was a disaster and the owner had excuse after excuse.  DISASTER.

> Professional management of my project was key. VC Associates was both knowledgeable, and respectful. Personable and great listeners. Met every expectation of what I envisioned the finished product to look like. Had a lot of built-ins added, and the craftsman gets an A-plus. I just love my new  kitchen, which was installed with great precision! Also had roofing  and lots of  flooring done . I found VC to be very attentive to details ,as well as nurturing. All projects completed in a timely fashion. Of course I went well over my budget; however,  I would hire them again.

> We hired VC for a bathroom remodel in our 1920 home. They listened to our vision and worked around tasks that we planned to do ourselves- many contractors aren't flexible in that regard, but the VC team was. Most items were furnished by us and installed by them and the bathroom came out great!
