The work appeared fine at first and then both started peeling and chipping within approximately 2 months of completion. This was even more frustrating because both tubs had been used less than 3x per week. I reached out to Dennis to fix the issue because one of the reseasons I selected him is that he offered a very long warranty on the work. Dennis eventually returned my call about a week later and said that he had fallen behind on jobs but would reach back out in about a week to come down and fix them. I never heard from Dennis again. I reached out about 5 times over a month-long span to request a date to repair the tubs or, alternatively, my money back. There has still been 0 communication from him but I informed him, via voicemail, that I'd be forced to let the general public know about my experience so he does not try this with someone else. I am very disappointed that this occurred which is even more shocking because his reviews prior to were generally positive. I suggest that anyone considering using Dennis go to another contractor because, based on my experience, his work is subpar and he will ghost you. --- *Source: Houzz professional profile.
