> Joe Spurrier and rafter j construction are not licensed in any way, and fall short in many areas on the job I had done.  It is difficult to find quality contractors in this remote area, I bought in to his big talk and sales pitch. Completely disappointed.

> High end hobbyist at best. Got the bulk of the work done, but failed to fully complete. I asked about this, and was told “I’ll be there next week “.
