He has been knowledgeable and kind and has explained every detail as we went along.  He is what they call a Gentleman and a scholar.  He pulled up pictures of shower stalls when I had questions on what kind to get and he has shown me inch by inch from the ground up while this was being built.  He did things I asked special for such as a wider island and extra cabinets.  Whenever I had a question he got back with me right away.  He is a very good listener and does what he says he is going to do.  If he can't do it he will say so.
