> Fred contacted me within 48 hours after I reached out for a quote to remodel the bathroom. I reached out to multiple contractors and I appreciated that Fred contacted me so quickly. He came over to check out the bathroom soon after we spoke over the phone.

> Fred is extremely knowledgeable and provided a lot of good advice in the planning stage. I initially wanted just a few small updates, but his suggestions turned out to be the right choices, long term.

> During the bathroom remodel, we unfortunately experienced multiple delays. The delays were due to confusion regarding the scope of the remodel/having the necessary permits and Fred having to renew his contractor license with the city of Evanston to obtain a permit. These delays ended up costing us more money and time.
