I only wish I had known about this company long before now. Over the years I ended up with sub-standard contractors who did extremely poor work. Everyone on the Taylor Bryan Team is a top professional, highly skilled and extremely dedicated. When we realized that it was time to finally have our master bathroom done over I began looking at pictures on Houzz of bathrooms that I liked and different things I hoped to have in our new master bathroom. When it became time to find a contractor to make those dreams come true we began the process of interviewing different companies for the job. This was especially nerve wracking since we had been burned before. I used Houzz to find contractors who did work in my area and that was how I first learned about Taylor Bryan. When we first met Kelly and Taylor and I handed them my wish list I immediately had a good feeling. Both Kelly and Taylor listened to my wants and unlike some of the other companies who tried talking me into things they wanted and didn’t seem to care if I wanted it or not I knew I was on the right path to choosing the right company. The bathroom needed to be handicap accessible, but at the same time I wanted it to be a beautiful bathroom as well. Kelly assured me it would be the dream bathroom I wanted it to be. When we met again to see the design we had the pleasure of meeting Jill. Jill’s flair and knowledge of interior design along with her wonderful warm personality made me realize that this was a great team. I knew they were the company to go with. > > Jill was a godsend to me. Due to physical limitations, I’m not able to go shopping and having Jill to work with and do the shopping for me was truly a blessing. When it came time to pick out the various tiles both Jill and Taylor would lug the heavy pieces down to the bathroom and lay it all out so I could make my decision. Jill would email me many times throughout the project with pictures of different choices of various items to choose from or stop by to have a show and tell. I can’t say enough of good things about Kelly, Jill, and Taylor, and the knowledgeable, professional, but extremely warm people they all are. Kelly and Taylor would make sure they stopped by at least once a week and sometimes more to make sure the job was running smoothly. Even my little 3 lb. 6 oz. toy poodle loved all of them and looked forward to their visits. > > When it came time for the bathroom to be gutted down to the studs I had the pleasure of meeting my Project Manager Dave who was onsite every day to not only oversee the job to make sure everything ran smoothly, but takes pride in his own excellent, quality work down to the last detail. Dave was an absolute pleasure to work with and when I wanted to add some things he made sure it happened. He made sure the work area was picked up and vacuumed at the end of the work day. Some of the other people I want to mention because they were all part of this amazing job are Ryan and Tyler (who worked with Dave). Taylor Bryan Company uses the best subcontractors that I have seen which includes Jim and Amber (tile) Paul, Sr., and Paul, Jr. (plumbing), Bill (custom cabinets), Rick (Oasis Glass) as well as the electricians. > > Now that the project is complete it is everything I hoped it would be. I have a wrought iron system which is beautiful but needs updating...perhaps new rail on top or remove balusters and replace some with wood? Have you ever worked with updating a wrought iron stairs railing? Mine is very intricate and I need the main floor remodeled so the stair railing would be part of the reno.
