We hired Regina and Samantha of Chelsea designs for a simple kitchen and bathroom remodel they quoted would take three about months. They promised they'd watch over all the details. It took over seven months. It's still not complete. There are unfinished items. Missing installations, wiring incomplete and more. They don't return phone calls text or emails after being laid in full and always on time, they made decisions without consulting us. They hired > inexperienced teams, one of which installed the bathtub backwards and then sealed it inside marble, which had to be then removed. Their measurements are so far off that they put a microwave nearly 6 feet up in the air. Not sure how they got that one wrong. The worst is the kitchen refrigerator purchase for over $9000 doesn't fit the design and they will not take it back and they blame the folks they hired or suggested to us.
