> We became exposed to Bat Oggero’s work at the Street of Dreams in Harborwalk, Texas, in 2005.  One of the showcase homes, which Bat designed, instantly caught our attention.   The creative yet simplistic design of the showcase home located on Galveston Bay droves us to instantly make an offer.  Little did we know a contract had been submitted just hours prior.  Luckily, the same builder had yet another home designed by Bat just two streets over.  Again, we instantly fell in love with its creative yet simplistic and livable design.  After purchasing it as a second home, we decided to design and build our dream home in Richmond, Texas, just up the road from Harborwalk which we made as our primary residence.  Immediately we contacted Bat Oggero.  Bat began converting the mental image of our home into reality.  The number one character trait that immediately stands out about Bat is his no nonsense approach to his work.  Bat listens and converts conversation onto paper the first time every time.  Not only do you see your dreams morph into reality, you see designs and ideas that you have never though of.  Bat’s primary focus is his client.  He never puts any personal influence into your design.  Instead, he converts his suggestions through his gifts and skills into a blueprint and does it in an incredibly timely manner.  Once the project is completed, one stands in awe of how someone as talented as Bat is able to design something so creative and yet simplistic and livable.  That is why we turned to Bat Oggero to design yet another home for us once again.  His ability to take a mental image of our home and convert it into reality has led me to wonder why would you consider any one other than Bat Oggero to design your own personal dream home.

He has a keen understanding of current trends in residential construction yet he understands the desires of each customer and can work up plans that are feasible and affordable. Once we start construction, Bat is readily available to consult on any construction concern and he always seems to have a practical solution to our problem. We are always happy to bring our clients to Mr. Oggero because we know, in the final analysis, they will be pleased with him and the resulting design. > Bat Oggero was my architect last year and I can say he did an exceptional job.  After only one meeting, he was able to read my mind as to the kind of house I wanted.  I was astonished that he picked details which really makes the house stand out.  We are half way through the building process and I just love how everything is coming together.  The exterior as well as the interior has many lovely features that makes the house beautiful.  Everyone in our community is extremely impressed with the house. I would use their agency on any project.
