He coordinated the custom closets, was instrumental in getting a DC zoning exemption to build a rear deck, extended the warranty way past the one year time period as we were late in moving in, changed some paint selections at no charge and has overseen a few upgrades we wanted over the last couple of years. Ali is always available, fair and honest and builds a beautiful house. We constantly get comments on its construction, from the radius corner walls, state of the art kitchen and a remarkable master bedroom suite and bathroom.
