> Working with Cinci made the renovation so worth it.  She turned a big unused room into 2 rooms that are used constantly.  The butler's pantry is packed with storage, a frig, sink, and dishwasher and great counter surface when we have friends over.  The cozy mudroom is our dogs' favorite spot when we're not home and has all the room we need for them.  She has such great ideas and vision to help make renovations fit right into the house. I can describe our experience working with her remodeling a 1970 built ranch house that was a bunch of small rooms with lots of underutilized space.  Cinci, in addition to being the very competent architect that she is, patiently listened to our ideas and wishes for a dream retirement house and then blended her special design skills to create a plan that exceeded our dreams.
