> Where to begin. Catlin's approach is as much about relationship as about understanding the use and philosophy of how you want to live your space. Her designs are high end magazine quality, but her approach is human and deliberate and you never feel like you are bending your spirit and preferences to accomodate a designer's specific ethos. Yes, its zen modernist and yes its sparse and clean - so it you are looking for a rustic log cabin feel or rococco, versace oppulence, I'm sure she could do it, but it's not her vibe. She is simply brilliant in her arena and makes her customers feel like partners that are listened to at each step of the process. I cannot say enough about our experience with Catlin. We had a house, now we have a home and a space that we fall in love with every morning and are proud to show. We've hosted more events in the space in the last year since we finished renovations than in the past 10 years with our pre-reno home.

The counters came from Ceragres in Montreal and are called Indian Wave.

J’aimerais savoir si chaque luminaire (par exemple les spots sur rails dans le salon ou chambre à coucher) est relié à sa propre boite de jonction coulée à même le béton ou sinon comment avez vous planifier l’ajout de lumière sur plafond de béton? Merci 🙏🏻

It looks like just the 2cm top instead of the 1.5 inch mitered edge with plywood.

I'm very sorry for the delayed reply! I can't recall how this counter was prepared, but am sure there's some support underneath...metal perhaps. i"m sorry that I can't be more helpful!

Hi, this is amazing. Would you mind telling me what type of wood you used on the ceiling and trim? Also, is there a specific quality type (eg, knotty or superior)?

This is regular pine...we always look for the least knotty pine without having to pay for clear/select wood.

Can you please share the colour of the white wall? I’m struggling to find a white wall paint to match my Chantilly Lace and dark walnut kitchen. :(
