We were moving back to the US from overseas and had to initially coordinate the project with John from abroad. John made that easy - very responsive, professional, clear, direct. He provided comprehensive quotes for each of the two projects and when it came time for installation, his team was a dream! We gave John keys to the house and the code to the security system (which he set up!) and trusted him completely. Another aspect to make note of: two pieces of equipment were damaged during transit - one we didn't notice until after it (a TV) was installed, the second one started failing after about a week of installation and use (another large and expensive TV). John didn't hesitate to replace and re-install, obviously at no charge. I know during these COVID times, the QA around supply chain and third-partly logistics companies seems to have really suffered and we appreciated John replacing the two expensive TVs without even thinking or suggesting we had damaged the equipment ourselves. I wouldn't hesitate to hire MediaCraft again, and again. Please feel free to reach out to me with questions. After living away for almost ten years, coming back to amazing tech (security systems and a really cool television set up in multiple rooms in our house) may sound like no big deal but it is a big deal and John was instrumental in making our new home even more awesome. The area above the fireplace was a recessed art wall and this required a build-out. There is built in cabinetry to the left of the fireplace and John found a cable outlet and power outlets inside it. Two other AV installers missed this, they both discussed running cable through the ceiling which would have been both difficult and expensive. John quickly assessed the situation and gave our contractor detailed instructions on how to build out the wall so that the automated mount would fit. His instructions were perfect and everything worked out great.
