> We are the owners of Twilight Moon Ranch.  After watching Harper & Company build another home in Oakley, we met with Matt.  Then hired him to help us design, and then build our new Barn House.  Matt, and his team of professional builders built us an amazing high-end home, complete with gourmet kitchen, fishing pond, pickle ball court, 4 car gararge/sports bar and vintage truck museum.   We are 100% happy with Harper & Company.  Construction was esepcially tough during the Covid-19 pandemic, with supply-chain issues, crazy construction cost inflation, labor shortages, and wild fluctuations... but Matt perserved, and we got it done!
