Denise Pine Clearwood has been a practicing architect and interior designer for over 32 years and has been working as a sole proprietor for the last 22 of those years.  Her passion for architecture and design started back in eighth grade and as they say, the rest is history!  Graduating with a Bachelor of Architecture from Georgia Tech and a Masters of Architecture from University of Pennsylvania fueled her desire to merge the art of design and technology.  Denise's greatest strength is listening to her clients and problem solving through the opportunities every project highlights.  As a registered architect and interior designer, Denise is able to service her clients through every process and decision necessary for the smallest remodel to the design of a new home.  Denise is not a "style architect" but rather takes inspiration from her varied years of experience and from her clients' lifestyle, personality and specific needs.  She finds the best results when she is able to be involved in a project from start to finish to bring consistency, save money by efficient streamlining and see the clients' vision through to the end.  Her passion for the design process is infectious and she is always excited and inspired by her clients and their unique projects.

## Community Q&A

**Q: How big is the home?  What is the floor plan/Layout?  Really like it!** *(in Photo Questions)*

A: it is an open plan with the living room open to the kitchen and dining area.

**Q: Looks great!  What type of siding was used?** *(in Photo Questions)*

A: We ended up matching the existing cedar vertical reverse board and batten and repainted the entire house.  The existing house is two stories in the back which remained so it made sense to just match existing siding.
