> We began the process to use Ryan for our Kitchen redo. Initially he was responsive and we were excited to use him based on reviews and seeing his previous projects.
> We provided him a $3000 retainer to complete an initial plan. We didn't not like it, provided feedback. We never heard from him again. We sent several follow up emails, even requesting a response to back out of the project. Never heard back. Thankfully we just lost $3000 and learned early that he wasn't for us.

That wall was covered with a glass tile random width/length.

A: Hi Janet,

The cabinet color is SW Zurich white
The counters are quartzite, however I cannot recall the name. I would not recommend them for a kitchen as the homeowner has had many issues with them reacting like marble to surface staining etc.

**Q: Ceiling Height and Island Dimensions?** *(in Photo Questions)*

Can you please provide the ceiling height, as well as the overall island dimensions (including countertop) for this lovely kitchen? Also, if possible, the size / dimensions of the pendants would be greatly appreciated, as well. And if you know, by chance, the distance they are hung from the ceiling, this would be much appreciated added information. Thank you so much in advance!

A: Hi Dawn,
They are 8' ceilings and the island counter dimensions are approx. 46" x 90"
Unfortunately I cannot recall the exact dimensions of the fixtures and the heights they are hung from the ceiling.
