> We recently had our basement finished by Cobalt Developments. Greg came out and gave us a detailed quote of the job. There were no surprises, the work was done on time and within quote. Greg is an incredibly personable guy who is well mannered and very respectful of your home. What I like the most about Greg is that he honestly seemed to want to make your basement as nice as you wanted to make it, and the quality of workmanship shows. Along the way he would make suggestions and honestly we took him up on every single one as he has really good vision of how to make your basement look amazing.

> Amazing company.  Greg was friendly, had great ideas and was always free to answer any questions.  He regularly came to the house to see the progress of our basement and oversaw everything to a high standard.  Greg was willing to come by after the project was completed to make sure everything was to our satisfaction and arrange for any changes we may have had.  The customer service was extraordinary and we always felt like Greg wanted our basement to be the best for us.  We are so happy with our basement and would highly recommend Greg and Cobalt Developments.

> We hired Cobalt to complete a full basement development.  They brought great ideas to the table, prepared an accurate budget for costs and time line and stuck to both.  The quality of the work was very high and our whole family is thrilled with our new basement.  Cobalt really did an excellent job from start to finish and I would definitely hire them again.  It was a great experience and the entire project was substantially complete in 8 weeks as they promised.

They were great at problem solving, offering advice, and ensuring their work was done properly, and to a high standard. They were also great at keeping disruption to the rest of the house to a minimum. I would definitely work with Cobalt again, and recommend them to others.
