**★★★★★ — User, Aug. 2017**

> Greg Sparhawk was an absolute pleasure to work with. He addressed our project very promptly and efficiently. Even though ours was a small project, we determined that Greg would be our top choice architect for any future projects in his area based on his professional knowledge and skills. He was able to efficiently process and produce all requirements for our building permits within a couple of days. We highly recommend his services.

**★★★★★ — millie4sure, Dec. 2014**

> The design process and professional involvement from beginning to end exceeded our expectations. Our home is constantly admired and complimented for its creative, warm and welcoming appearance. The design we feel is unique and timeless.

**★★★★★ — OPaL Design Build, Dec. 2014**

> Greg Sparhawk possesses two qualities I find so rare in architects today. He is both knowledgeable of the market while his designs are equally creative. As a local homebuilder, I have worked with many architects in the National Capitol Region; I can attest to Greg’s exemplary professionalism and attention to detail. Moreover, his ability to create homes that are true to our brand and specific to each site and buyer profile is unmatched. These characteristics have been critical to our success in selling homes. I am proud to recommend Greg and GPS Designs.
>
> Our new homes designed by Greg have gone on to win 4 National Awards and multiple regional awards.

**★★★★★ — Sterling Development, Dec. 2014**

> Greg Sparhawk designed the first home for us in 2012. It was innovative, efficient and sold like ice cream in July. The post recession market was starved for fresh design and GPS provided it for us. He gave us four distinct versions of that single plan that gave our 7 home project variety and custom look at a very competitive cost. His designs helped us build a brand, we gained a backlog of customers who wanted more of our product. I have to give credit to GPS for helping us gain a design centric reputation.
>
> We have come to rely on this firm. Since that first project, GPS has designed two more open and bright plans that are filling out three additional multi lot projects with distinctive designs that appeal to our sophisticated, professional, and urban customer base.
>
> I have worked closely with seven different architects on homes that I have owned, or built and sold. Greg Sparhawk and is firm is the one I will go back to our next project. He is my first choice for three reasons:
> 1\) primarily for design that fits todays market,
> 2\) ease of collaboration and no nonsense communication
> 3\) reasonable fees
>
> I am happy to discuss my experience with this firm with any interested parties. Sterling Mehring, Sterling Development, yoSterling@gmail.com
