This became the worst project I've ever undertaken with a contractor. Michael's communication went from kind and relatively prompt to something akin to pulling teeth, and then halfway through the contract, he stopped communicating with us completely. He basically did a third of the job and then disappeared. We never received detailed or final drawings, plant specifications, or the permits we were told he would acquire. We ended up spending a lot more money--we're still dealing with the aftermath--and the whole project was delayed a full year.
