As we were building “long-distance”, communication was essential and in that Mark excelled. After collaborating on the design, Mark completed our project on time, on budget and with only three sight visits necessary. We were totally pleased with the end result, particularly the attention to detail, his interaction with his highly qualified sub-contractors and his overall supervision of the project. Subsequently, I have worked closely with Mark for 17 plus years as an independent contractor providing CAD support and preparing a substantial number of his finished plans until I retired in 2016.
