A: No.  That is cedar painted with a Scherwin Williams color.

A: There are two bedrooms.  Upper level is basically a master suite and there is a small guest bedroom and bathroom down stairs.

2.5 car on a reinforced concrete slab.

A: This particular garage is pushing $40 per foot.  There were some added features included which were related to excavating, electrical, and storage.
