However, not happy with the design options we got locally, we decided to cross the Atlantic and try Raashi Design based on a referral. After going through the existing layout and plans to date, Sheeja gave us design options, one which removed a heater and freed up more space, while the other was more congruent to our original wish of quick and simple. We went with the first design when Sheeja convinced us that it would be worth the wait doing something which took time and had the right design and functional elements in it. All this was done remotely, be it suggesting colour combinations for the tiling or the storage options. Sheeja painstakingly looked at our local UK suppliers and recommended the paint, tiling, bathroom fittings etc. to the product code level and all our contractor had to do was the implementation. The results? Fabulous. > No one believes that this was all designed by someone in US, to the n-th detail.
