I need color suggestions for fabric for chairs, window treatment accessories. adjacent dining room has "black bean soup" paint by Benjamin Moore. deep chocolate brown walls . living room walls are B.M. iced slate(grey/blue) if you copy link below , it is a very close facsimile of my living room. I would love to see you use that green as an accent with your navy sofa. Very lovely and current..........If you live in the NW, or somewhere where it is kind of grey outside a lot of the time, be sure to keep the wall color one that will reflect light well (warm rather than cool)..we live in Oregon and have to be careful in that regard. I like the idea of painting large pieces of cardboard with your color choices and taping them to the walls. Watch how the light works with various times of the day and evening....good luck...it will look beautiful **Q: Mirrored night stands** *(in Design Dilemma)* I am designing a master bedroom with two mirrored night stands, a headboard with silver nail heads; however I am unsure what style chest of drawers/ dresser to use... Please share ideas... Thanks much A: I would definately go with a recycle type. You can have mirror cut to go on the front of the drawers, on the top or on the sides..........I am doing this for several pieces in our home. Love the "20's" / 30's look.......go for it......... **Q: Need color help** *(in Design Dilemma)* I am nearing the end of a kitchen remodel and need help deciding on wall color for the kitchen wall and the LR that is now open to to it. I love color! My dining room is Sherwin Wms "drizzle", an aqua blue. The entryway is the same color but slightly darker hue. I am pulling colors from the living room rug. For the kitchen should I go with a green or off white or an orange? I don't really want to repeat the dining room blue. The living room is presently a pale yellow. I'm thinking that may be better as light beige. But the kitchen is my biggest question. I'm leaning towards an orange. Please help! A: I love the green in the tile work. Green is very restful.
