> Another very impressive project completed on time and on budget. This was our 6th with Denis, and we were willing to wait for his availability to open up, to do the job for us. Denis and his crew remodeled our kitchen, family room, alcove, stairs and floors, and as usual, it was a pleasure to work with him and his crew. The Corvus team are not only professional, they are very skilled in all facets of remodeling, as well as friendly and respectful of you and your home. They arrive when expected, work hard and smart, leaving your home cleaned up at the end of every day. Working with them was indeed a pleasure and the end result is beautiful! For our next project we know who to call.

> Corvus did an outstanding job for us in our kitchen and primary bath and closet remodel. While there were issues with suppliers (including suppliers that we selected), Denis and his team did a terrific job staying on top of everything and ensured that suppliers knew the impact they were having and pushed until everything came together. Denis also communicated regularly with us to keep us informed of issues, schedule impacts and recovery options. We could not be more thrilled with the final result, the quality of the work, and, most important, how they worked to keep as much of the house clean and useable throughout the course of the remodel. If I could give them 6 stars, I would!

> We were extremely satisfied with the work that Corvus did for us! When we were looking for a contractor we wanted transparency, quality work and excellent communication. Denis and his crew were all that and more. There were never any surprises about cost, timeline or what was happening next. Denis, Paul and Max were always available to answer any questions and walk us through decisions that needed to be made. The worksite was left clean and organized at the end of each day. The whole crew is really fun to work with and they clearly take pride in the work they do. Denis and his team made our renovation go so smoothly and the finished products were even better than expected. We would absolutely look to Corvus for all future renovation needs.

> This is our third remodeling project with Corvus Construction and we are once again so pleased with the results! Denis and his team are professional, punctual, and offer excellent workmanship. We would gladly hire them again if only we had more projects!

> We have a 2 story garage that is 24 by 30 feet. The garage level has 10 foot ceilings and the upstairs is vaulted. Our goal was to convert the upstairs to an apartment to use as a rental unit. Corvus construction came in and finished all the drywall on both levels, installed a new man door for the apartment so that it would have a private/secure entrance and be separated from the garage. They also built a covered porch area over both entrances. They added a wall to make a bedroom, installed barn doors, added a bathroom, cabinets, quartz counter tops, appliances, flooring, installed room heaters and a water heater, lighting, and installed smoke/CO2 alarms on both levels. We are still waiting for the bar top to be delivered from another vendor and Denis is going to install that when it is ready. We could not be happier with how the apartment turned out. Denis was very helpful as this was our first time doing this kind of project. He had great design ideas and kept me on budget and finished ahead of schedule.

> Our master bathroom was remodeled to be accessible for disability. The team at Corvus did a wonderful job! They were professional, prompt, and true craftsmen! Always respectful and finished within time allowed and budget. We would recommend this team and would hire them above all others for any future needs.

> Had old tub and shower surround taken out. New walk-in tiled shower stall with glass doors were installed. Great company to work with! Took time to answer any questions we had. They cleaned and vacuumed each night so we wouldn't carry the debris and dust thru the house. Would definitely hire again. The finished job is beautiful.

> I recently had Corvus install granite countertops and tile the walls of our kitchen. Although we had to wait a while to get on his schedule, once established the job went off as planned, on time and on budget. This is the second job we have contracted for with Corvus with the same results. The quality of the work is flawless. Denis is very professional, leaves little to chance (be prepared to make all decisions and material selections before a schedule and budget is committed to), and will offer constructive opinions if asked. He showed up on the job site frequently. His workers are friendly and hard working, willing to let you watch or ask questions, and left the site clean and organized each day.

> You have to plan ahead to get on his schedule, we waited months for a one week job. But we chose Corvus because we were sure we would get the results we wanted with no surprises.

> Would definitely hire Denis and Corvus crew for future projects as they did an outstanding job. Gladly would recommend them to anybody. Professional, prompt, on budget, kept to the schedule and delivered high quality craftsmanship.

> We obtained four (4) bids for a kitchen remodel in a 1973-built home. Corvus was chosen based on Denis' presentation and professional manner. The remodel was a total gut, including tearing down two (2) walls and removal of a drop ceiling. The job was completed in 3 weeks, and we couldn't be happier with the work, down to the smallest details. The project included a new island, installation of new cabinets, back splash, flooring and new appliances. There was a great deal of electrical and plumbing prep work, as well as dry wall work, which can be quite messy. The crew tented the kitchen with plastic to minimize the dust and debris, and they cleaned up the space at the end of each day. Denis and his crew are a breeze to work with, and most importantly, Denis communicates with his clients at every level of the project, which was very important to us. We will definitely use his company for future construction projects.

> Upon recommendation from a friend, we hired Corvus Construction to remodel our bathroom. We were utterly pleased with their work! They completed the project with beautiful attention to detail and were excellent at communicating their process to us throughout the project. They replaced our vinyl flooring with new tile (which they had to cut along a curve to line up with our tub), changed our single-sink vanity to a double, replaced the bathroom fan, installed a new task light, and replaced our tub surround and shower hardware. The project also required redoing the electrical wiring in the ceiling and new drywall (the guys created some sharp, impeccable corners). The end result is gorgeous and we absolutely plan to hire them again in the future for more remodeling projects. Can't recommend Denis and his team highly enough!

> We loved working with Denis. First of all, he was very prompt in returning calls both in the bidding process, the decisions on materials and all throughout the job. His price was actually the lowest and easiest to understand as far as what was included and since he had such good ratings on Angie's List we decided to go with him. Though he was booked out a bit (a good sign), he worked with our schedule and the renters' to fit us in when we needed the job done. He had good ideas about how to work around a window in the master when trying to add another sink (and mirror--medicine cabinet with a mirror on the back of the door worked great) and the window sill when installing the granite. He was flexible when we had questions about different materials to use after we'd already picked some and never seemed impatient as we were thinking things through. He and his co-worker came exactly when asked and worked quickly--the renters and we were impressed--and he made things as easy on the renters as he could. We were very pleased with the quality of work and his attention to detail.
>
> As an insight into Denis' character, here's an incident our neighbor told us about after our job was finished: The neighbor had granite kitchen counters and after replacing his range, found that the opening in the granite was about 1/2" too small to accommodate the new range. It was going to cost him $250 to have someone come out and grind off this piece. He happened to overhear Denis call to his helper to "bring the grinder" and he rushed out of the house to ask if they might come and do this small thing for him. They readily agreed and took care of it for him, and I don't believe they charged him anything (or perhaps the neighbor insisted on paying $50--sorry, I can't remember). But what I do remember is that the neighbor said, "Denis is a class act." We thought so too! We will call Denis first for any remodeling needs we have in the future.

## Community Q&A

**Q: Shower door** *(in Photo Questions)*

Is there a stop on the shower door to keep it from hitting the shower fixtures when you open the door?

A: No. There is no stop. This frameless set features a two-way swing hinge that allows the door to swing in or out of the shower. The door is heavy enough that can't get a good momentum going during opening to hit the shower fixtures hard enough to cause any damage.

**Q: Dimensions** *(in Photo Questions)*

What are the dimensions of the tub and shower

A: the shower is 40"x48. The tub is 60"x36" i believe.
