He took all our input, revised the plans many times based on our input and came up with a plan that totally nailed the site. He saw things that we never would have. He kept deadlines and kept us moving. He also gave us realistic advice about costs, even though it wasn't always what we wanted to hear. He's been with us every step of the way during construction but only when necessary. He doesn't hoover. Within the industry, every sub we've used has been thankful for his very detailed plans. He's a perfectionist. A: I believe it was marmoleum - not sure which color. **Q: What are the lights on the ceiling?** *(in Photo Questions)* I want to install downlights on my deck where we have a corrugated ceiling but have been told I can't do that. What sort of lights are these? A: These are just recessed cans - the lights were boxed with metal trims with some depth, so they are slightly proud of the corrugated metal - yes it can be done -pretty simple.
