This is my fourth home renovation so I have seen the good, the bad and the ugly...and Rob is the best. First, he was on time for every appointment or called if he could not be. I appreciated the respect for my time. Second, he did what he said he would do, which can be very rare in this industry. Third, his crew including Chris and Mark were first rate and incredibly knowledgeable. Everyone was very responsive to my needs including during this current pandemic. I was concerned about continuing but Rob put work rules I place and provided gloves and cleaning protocols that alleviated my concern. I lived in the home throughout and really appreciated the equipment he utilized which minimized the dust and dirt. Every supplier and professional he recommended or brought in, from tile suppliers to floor refinishers were excellent. And he incorporated thoughtful details like a hinged folding surface atop my washer/dryer to allow my access to the machines. He also worked extremely well with my architect, Matt Tindall of Tindall Architecure Workshop. The work was of the highest quality and I enthusiastically recommend Heritage for the responsiveness, quality and attention to my needs. We purchased a lake home with the intent to open up the kitchen to the living room to improve kitchen function and increase lake views throughout the main living floor. In the capable, experienced hands of Lucas and Rob, our lake home has surpassed our expectations. Lucas referred me to an interior designer , Angie Case, to help pull together the luxury rustic look we wanted. Rob kept us notified of all expenses through prompt, itemized invoices. Lucas and Rob repaired a structural problem discovered during the reno and kept us in the loop of communication throughout the whole project. Gracious and professional in every situation, they always had time for our questions and requests, and a wealth of contacts for getting a couple of special add-on items done along the way. The quality of workmanship is high. It was a great feeling to never worry about how this would turn out. Lucas took a space with no ceiling, concrete floors, and no bathroom and gave us a family room, mud room, laundry room and half bath. The craftsmanship is amazing. Our second renovation a year later entailed adding 100sq ft to the kitchen with a total gut, renovating existing space to a master bedroom and bath with walk in closet, and reworking the flow on the main living space. They also redid the roof and exterior. We love working with them.
