> This group has extremely poor communication. Highly recommend going with a different group they will drag you along and overcharge you. Once they complete the job they claim absolutely no responsibility for anything that is done incorrectly or anything that does not work. Run as fast as you can. There are many other companies that are far better and much more professional than this group.

> Landmark Associates team led by Donnie Donahue completed a total rehab of my 1750 SF condo.  It was a somewhat complicated job as the building is all concrete.  They were professional, patient and polite.  My neighbor asked me when my construction was going to start when they had already been working for four weeks.  They listened and fixed things until they were done to my satisfaction.  I would work with them again but my place is perfect now.

> We have spent the last six months doing a major kitchen and bath renovation in our older Newton home. Our kitchen designer (Jodi Swartz from KitchenVisions who I highly recommend as well) recommended Tony and his team whom she knows and trusts. Tony has helped us to deal with insurance claim after our house had suffered damage from ice dams and later after obtained multiple bids, we chose Tony to do the renovation. The quality of their work was great and his team paid close attention to details.

> He stayed on target with his budget. Unexpected  additional costs came up when the walls were opened and they successfully solved the problem at a fair cost. His crew was at our house by 7 am every morning and worked sometimes six days a week. His work crew was very nice and trustworthy. They took care to make certain the job site was clean every day and were respectful to us. We highly appreciate their hard work (as well as our beautiful new kitchen).

> Tony's team saved the day after our 4k square foot home sustained water damage on three levels as a result of ice dams. Although it was a stressful time, Tony's crew was able to remove the damages dry wall, floors, detailed crown molding and wainscoting quickly. Once the home was dried out, his renovation team rebuilt the damaged areas and, better still, helped us negotiate with the insurance company to receive the full cost of the renovation - the insurance agent actually thanked him for providing detailed information on the renovation and what needed to be done in order to return our house to good-as-new condition. We're grateful and love the results!
