### Featured Review

**★★★★★ — Frances Sayre, May 2019**

> We had such a wonderful experience with Bill as my architect. His pricing was very fair and his level of professionalism outstanding. He came in at his estimate. He worked well with the contractor and therefore there were very few re-dos. He thought of all the stumbling blocks and got the permitting through the city for our commercial project. We would only work with this man on my next project. The design was beautiful and we have many compliments on the building.

> William drew up the plans for my studio project- He researched my needs and created a unique space that considered the limitations of my property and the square footage I required. The result was a rhombus like shape. He followed up with concerns for the proper construction and re- configured the roof joists to accommodate a large span. I love my space.

**★★★★★ — TJ Maloy, May 2019**

> We have used Bill's professional services several times over the past 17 years, once for an entire build-out of our waterjet cutting facility, and other times for facility improvements. His attention to detail and follow-up on design and construction matters has been exceptional. We would recommend Bill without reservation.

**★★★★★ — M Poiset, May 2019**

> I have collaborated with Bill Kleinschmidt on numerous architectural and interior design projects for many years. He is the consummate professional, incredibly knowledgable and responsive, a delightfully creative architect who exudes calm and competence with deep level architectural expertise. Bill is a rare talent and pleasure to work with.

**★★★★★ — mfmgrummer, Sept. 2013**

> I have known Bill for over thirty years. He has a good understanding of the building process and is great in his attention to detail. He has worked on many varied and complex projects over the years and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him for anyone needing architectural design and drawings.

**★★★★★ — dianegeorgia, Sept. 2013**

> I collaborated with Bill Kleinschmidt developing a playhouse with an art focus for ages 6-15. Bill was very professional and great to work with as we created designated areas of art making and incorporated the building design to work with the activities. Bill is an attentive listener and creative designer, who is able to merge fabulous design with function. I would gladly work with him again on another project.

**Q: color** *(in Photo Questions)*

what is the name of the exterior color on this adobe house

A: I'm not sure of the exact color name, but it is essentially a "buff" or "sandstone" color.

**Q: This is such an unique looking design for a home.** *(in Photo Questions)*

I wonder how many bedrooms and bathrooms there are in it. My husband and I would like to find something bigger like this when we retire. http://veteransrealtyaugusta.com/properties-sale/

A: Hi Kelsey. Thanks for your interest in this house. The fun thing about this design is the house is built into the steep hill and the mass of each floor gets progressively smaller at each level, allowing each level to have an outdoor deck above the floor below. The ground floor is just the garage, entry, a home office and powder room. The second level is an open living-dining-kitchen area, laundry, and decks off the kitchen and living area. The third level is three bedrooms (one a suite with its own bath) and the other two bedrooms share a bath. The fourth level is the master suite. Here is a rendering showing the levels. - Bill Kleinschmidt.

**Q: What is the color used on the stucco?** *(in Photo Questions)*

A: I honestly don't know exactly what color is used. It is probably close to Pewter 3016L on the Parex USA Color Collection chart, see: http://www.elrey.com/parexusa-color-collection.shtml
Hope this helps!
