He has superb and sophisticated taste, yet remains accessible and easy to talk to and he patiently explains and demystifies the home renovation process, which at times, can seem overwhelming. **Q: is it difficult to separate the baseboard and the Sheetrock as shown?** *(in Photo Questions)*

My contractor says it is labor intensive and will cost time and money,  is there an easy way to create this look?
